Horticulture

Municipal Corporation Bathinda develops and maintains parks in the city. Landscaping and beautification of roundabouts, central verge, road sides, fountains are done by the Horticulture Branch of MCB. MCB has deputed malis/beldars around the city to maintain greenbelts. One of the major landmarks of Bathinda city i.e. Rose Garden which is beautifully landscaped and has variety of flowers and Appu Ghar; amusement park for children are maintained by this branch. Also a nursery has been established in the Rose Garden itself.
